Math is a skill that lasts a lifetime. Children who develop strong mathematical skills become effective problem solvers; their analytical abilities soar, and it improves their reasoning, logic and ability to focus. Being adept at math opens up doors for countless career opportunities in the future too! UEA’s Tutoring Program focuses on mastery through intentional sequencing of concepts. This highly effective teaching approach will instill a deep understanding of mathematics in students. Curriculum is customized to each student’s abilities, helping them not only gain knowledge, but confidence as well. All classes are small in size (maximum 10 students per class) providing significant opportunities for students to interact with their teacher. From introductory to advanced level, we offer new courses every season. We also encourage and prepare students for national and international competitions, such as Kangaroo, Canadian National Mathematics League (CNML), Mathematica Centrum and Centre for Education in Mathematics and Computing (CEMC).
